A 31-year-old Flint man is facing a charge of illegally downloading and possessing video games in connection with an incident that occurred in the city on July 3, according to the Lansing State Journal.
The Lansing State Review reports that police were called to a home on Jefferson Street around 1 a.m.
July 3 for a report of someone stealing video game hardware.
Officers found a man, identified as Brandon James, sitting on a couch in the home.
They identified him as a video game user, and he was arrested without incident.
The Journal says police said James had access to a number of games, including several games he purchased from Amazon.com and the likes of FIFA.
The article says James was charged with illegal possession of video game technology and conspiracy to commit a crime involving a video games.
